Version History This update includes optimizations to the application’s responsiveness pipeline and resilience framework. Changes reduce UI latency, improve state recovery during refresh cycles, and strengthen fault‑tolerance under variable network conditions. 2026.08.03 Aug 4 This release addresses UI corrections related to the MyActiveCall notes filter being lost on data refresh, the PopOut notes window closing unexpectedly during incident updates, and an issue where notes disappeared briefly after incident updates.
It also includes a minor UI improvement to notes action button readability. 2026.07.26 Jul 27 When device is locked, New Incidents were not processing in background. Priority has been given to the thread so when the device is unlocked, it checks for a New Incident as a priority. 2026.07.09 Jul 10 This is primarily a maintenace release. Improves time of the Incident Detail launching when a new incident is received. 2026.07.06 Jul 7 Introduced "Haptic" feedback for phone users when a status change button is pressed. This does not apply to tablet users as it is not supported.
Address change now also updates the pin on the map.
Units now display at the Top of the call details directly under the address.
Body of the message screen was a small box and this has now been enlarged.
iOS – when using ArcGIS as map provider if a user panned the map it would cause the fly-out menu to open from the left.
Pre-Assigned calls – For ambulance and Law there is now a menu option to view their pre-assigned calls.
ProQA tabs – when ProQA was used in CAD the mobile would then show many tabs breaking those ProQA notes out, this has been corrected to be on one tab.
When using ESRI map the incident detail screen was leaving breadcrumbs with old unit location icons, this has been corrected.

Issue: Pan gestures on the ArcGIS map were erroneously triggering the flyout menu, leading to unwanted menu activation during navigation.
